Free shipping on all orders totaling $40 and over (before tax & shipping), U.S. addresses only.

We may choose to ship via Priority Mail on occasion.

Canadian orders $10 shipping – U.S. Postal Service. We cannot track packages beyond the border.

***Customers who prefer Fedex or UPS must pay for the shipping.

For USA shipments totaling LESS THAN $40, the delivery charge will be as posted below.

Where We Ship to: We currently ship to Continental U.S., Canada, UK, EU, AU, NZ, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Most International First Class shipping costs $13.70. Contact us for more info.

P.O. Box: Customers who use a P.O.Box MUST use US Postal Service. Fedex & UPS do NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Business Days: Monday – Friday, 9-5 Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday (EST) are usually processed in 1-2 business days. Orders received over the Weekend are usually processed by the end of Tuesday. All expedited orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after 12 noon, your order will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking: When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation e-mail in your Inbox. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 – 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. You can expect to receive this e-mail within the 1 – 2 business day time-frame. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the selected carrier site. You can click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail to track your order.
